Chao Chao's culinary journey is crafted by globally renowned Chef Tong Chee Hwee.

Having honed his craft in Malaysia & Singapore, Chef Tong made his name on the London culinary scene when he was invited to helm the kitchen at the fledgling Hakkasan by restauranteur Alan Yau, garnering Michelin stars, two AA rosettes, the prestigious London Chef of the Year & Craft Guild of Chef's Award in 2017.

Chef Tong brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to curate the menu of Chao Chao as he continues his quest to reinvent Chinese flavours and techniques with distinctly modern flair.
